1.Season or marinate ingredients
2.Vacuum sealed the ingredients into vacuum bags
3.Filled water into container until reach the designated mark
4.Set designed temperature on Sous Vide machine
5.Place vacuum sealed ingredients into Sous Vide Machine, Time will depend on thickness Of the ingredients (Sous Vide Machine comes with automatic timer)
6.Remove ingredients from Sous Vide Machine, Cut open the bag and serve. However, additional grilling or frying will provide more taste and better texture.
